Divearr is a client app for Jellyfin, a self-hosted media server. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Divearr handles and how.
Divearr uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to help us identify and fix crashes and understand how the app is used. These services collect:
We do not collect the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and we do not use any advertising services. Analytics data collection is disabled by default and only enabled with your consent.
You can learn more about how Google handles this data in the Firebase Privacy documentation.
Divearr stores your Jellyfin server address and authentication credentials locally on your Apple TV using the system Keychain. This data never leaves your device except to communicate directly with your Jellyfin server.
Divearr connects to the Jellyfin server address you provide and to Google’s Firebase servers for crash reporting and analytics (when enabled). We do not operate any intermediary servers or proxies.
Divearr integrates Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (Google). No advertising or tracking services are used.
Divearr offers an optional “Divearr Pro” upgrade with monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details, billing address, or Apple Account information.
Apple provides us with anonymous transaction receipts so the app can verify your purchase and unlock Pro features. Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple in your Apple Account settings. For more information, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Use of in-app purchases is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
